Dear experts,
I’m Li Ming, a college student. On behalf of our university, I’m writing this email to invite all of you, our distinguished professors, to attend our graduation ceremony.
It’s our great honor and privilege to have you at the commencement. And it will be held at the stadium on our campus at 9:00 a.m., June 30th, 2020. The relevant information about our commencement is as follows. First of all, all of us are supposed to wear formal clothes. Besides, the principal, a representative and a celebrity are scheduled to deliver their speeches. Last but not least, all of us will have a group shot at the end of the commencement.

As is vividly depicted in the figure, two men are climbing a mountain with one of them putting his bag on the road and saying”I’m so tired that I decide to stop climbing.” What makes me impressed is that the other man hands him a bottle of water and says “Come on! Have a break and then keep on climbing.”
The picture intends to emphasize the importance of persistence to us. First and foremost, there is no doubt in saying that persistence can, directly or indirectly, play an indispensable role in our personal growth. What’s more, without the quality of being persistent, we would never make any remarkable progress in our life. Some people,especially young people, rather miss the point, putting all their energy and passion into trying new things rather than persisting in what they are doing. Take Jack Ma as a typical example. Without the quality of being persistent, he would not have achieve such a great success after so many times offailure. It is the quality of being persistent that has let to his success.
From what has been analyzed above, we can easily come to conclusion that never giving up is the single best thing we can do if we want to achieve something great, which is the key to our success in life.

It’s a barrier which blocks Chinese about how to achieve a balance between economic development and the management of the environment and energy.From the experience of the world’s developed countries,it’s inevitable to have the problems of the environment and energy which come from the process of developing.However, China is not supposed to make detours that the developed countries have made.Hence, learning and absorbing those countries’ advanced experience of managing environment and energy ,and achieve the sustainable development of economy is the only one way for China’s social development. It’s necessary for China to take detailed and feasible measures to save energy,reduce emissions and develop renewable energy greatly.
